Welcome to Scatter & Stitch. We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we operate strictly as an online business, we do not have a physical collection point, and all orders are delivered directly to your door via our trusted courier partners.

Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of R99 for deliveries within South Africa.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over R1000.

  • Service Area: We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

2. Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched from our hub in Cape Town.

  • Main Cities: We strive to deliver within 3 working days.

  • Regional & Remote Areas: Depending on your location, delivery may take between 4 to 7 working days.

  • Please note: Dispatch and delivery times may be extended during public holidays or high-volume sale periods.

3. Courier Partners

To ensure your package reaches you safely, we partner with reputable courier services, including:

  • The Courier Guy

  • MDS Collivery

  • And other leading providers depending on your location and the size of your order.

4. Bulk Orders

For bulk or wholesale orders, shipping costs are calculated manually based on the total weight and dimensions of the package.

  • Custom shipping quotes for bulk orders will be sent to you via email, phone, or our website chat bubble along with your invoice.

5. Important Delivery Information

  • No P.O. Boxes: Our couriers provide a door-to-door service; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel during office hours.

  • No Collections: Scatter & Stitch is strictly an online store. We do not have a walk-in storefront or a collection point for customer pick-ups.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. Scatter & Stitch cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
