Return & Refund Policy

At Scatter & Stitch, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our process for returns and refunds.


1. Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be undamaged and clean. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.

  • Timeframe: If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or a refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind or are no longer happy with the product, you will be responsible for the full cost of the return shipping. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is approved.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we sent you the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged:

  • We will take full responsibility.

  • We will schedule a courier to collect the item at our expense.

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed via EFT. Please allow 2 to 7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  • Proof of Payment: We will provide you with a Proof of Payment (POP) for your records once the transaction is completed.

  • Banking Details: It is your responsibility to provide the correct banking information. Scatter & Stitch will not be held liable for the loss of funds if incorrect banking details were provided.

4. How to Start a Return

Please Note: As we are strictly an online business, all returns must be handled via courier. No physical drop-offs are permitted.
